Privacy

We store the account email, verification cases (requester, approver, request details, timestamps), vendor bank details you save in the vault (last-4 digits only for account and routing numbers entered as last-4 fields), and license records (key hashes only — never raw keys after delivery).

We do not sell personal data. Case data exists so your business has an audit trail; delete your account by contacting [email protected]. Approver verification links are unguessable tokens; anyone holding a link can view that case's request details — share them only with the intended approver.
