Terms of service

CallbackShield provides procedural payment-verification tooling: verification cases, code phrases, callback checklists, logs, and (on paid plans) a vendor bank-detail vault. It does not move money, and a confirmed case is a record that your callback procedure was followed — it is not a guarantee that a payment is legitimate.

Plans and refunds

Free: $0/mo. Pro: $19/mo. Team: $49/mo. Digital delivery — your license key is emailed to the address that paid. Once a key is activated, the sale is final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If a key has not been activated and isn't working, contact [email protected] — we'll fix it or refund it. A chargeback on an activated license results in immediate revocation.

Acceptable use

Use CallbackShield only for your own business's payment verification. Do not use it to impersonate approvers or to create false verification records.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amounts paid in the preceding month.
